Universal studios 2015

Hellooooo!! Great to be back blogging here again. Glad that I'm able to write one more post before october 2015 ends  :)

I will be blogging about my day at USS. It's been 3 years since I last visited USS. Finally finding time to have fun amidst the busy JC schedule.

Oh and for those who asked, I have no school today as it marks the start of Alevel Oral Presentation and I'm allocated to present next friday. This means temporal holidays for me xD

Started my day off at Vivocity~

Bought Mac for breakfast. Ages since I ate mac. And honestly, I kinda fearful of Mac's food cuz of the recent maggot incident lol.

Fish-o-filet

Ate our breakfast while walking towards Resort world.

For a healthier lifestyle, we also chose to walk instead of taking the monorail.
Just kidding~ xD
We chose to walk so that we could take photos of the beautiful sea while walking.

Not sure why but I feel damn happy whenever I past by the sea here. Probably because the cruises and cable cars spice up the scenery. :D

Some shots taken by Suzana

LOL. While walking, we saw a bunch of auntie. Each holding a manually-operated fan. #Typicalaunties :p

Walked past the gantry and realise that entry through Sentosa Broadwalk was free. Not sure why but is it because of SG50? The last time I came, entry was $1.00

Suddenly, area in resort world started drizzling. We were like "OH NO!"

Praying for NO rain

And yeap. God held the rain. By the time we reached USS, there was already no rain at all.

There wasn't much people in USS today. Mostly tourists. Probably because primary, secondary and junior colleges students are having exams.

Bought my ticket without even queuing for 3 mins. LOL.

Went to make my 6 months pass. Honestly, the photo on my pass damn ugly lah. But I didn't want to be so thick skin and ask for retake HAHAH. Anyway it's just for 6 months right! Unlike my Ez-link card.... :(

It's been so so so long since I last came. I almost couldn't remember how the entrance looks like already. It felt like an entirely new theme park to me hahaha. Therefore explain why I took lots of random photos.

We saw a queue at the entrance.....

then we realised that people were taking photos with the MINIONS mascots! Since MINIONS are so cute, we queued too HAHA.

After which, we continued walking to our next destination which we already planned to go beforehand....

Reaching....

DADADA DANG! Yeap, there it is! REVENGE OF THE MUMMY. We decided to take the 3rd scariest ride ((Well, at least to me it's the 3rd scariest)) in USS. XD

I tried this 3 years back and I could still remember how the going backwards part scares me. I was quite scared for this ride too.

We were seated at the first row and Suzana was sitting on my right.

I was so scared that I was squeezing her hands throughout the entire ride. And there comes 2 plunges which I screamed like some mad woman. I ain't even joking. My scream was so high-pitched that Suzana was telling me how bad her ears were hurting and to a point that my throat was in pain. ((I probably can't sing in my choir anymore after this HAHA))

Saw images shot during our ride and I looked damn cui and stupid I swear. I was looking down with my hair covering my whole face LOL. Actually, I was closing my eyes throughout the whole ride HAHAH. I was that scared.

So happy because MUMMY ride is over!!!
Next, we proceeded to queue for some kid-dier rides at Jurassic Park. Firstly, the Canopy flyer. Then, the Flying dragon. At least some break from those thrilling rides which I'm really scared of. LOL.

Flying at maximum height. This one I not scared HAHAHA
Went for Puss In Boots ride afterwards. Puss In Boots ride is apparently one of the newer rides which was just launched in 2015?

Well, before that, toilet break first.

Conceal don't feel, don't let them know~ #concealer

"BAD COVERAGE" Bad make-up skills. HAHA
Here we are! Puss in boots ride.

This ride kinda look scary because of the upslope. Whenever roller coaster goes upslope, it makes me scared because the Gravitational Potential Energy (GPE) is high. Thus, when it's converted to Kinetic Energy (KE) in a short period of time, you will feel that damn plunge ((which I'm scared of)) again. Trying to be physics here HAHA #powerofphysics

Ride ended and we saw a bunch of people walking out from a show which just ended. To avoid long queues at the rides, we went for the 4D Shrek show first.

I miss this 4D shrek show. 3 years since I watched this but I could still remember the awesome-ness of 4D hahaha.

Enchanted Airways!! I remember taking a similar ride to this back in Genting. The queue for this was only 5 mins.

Took a pic with another mascot. Pinocchio brings back so much childhood memories. How adults tell us that when we lie, our nose will grow longer HAHA.

Finally arrived at the King Julien's beach party.

Took a ride but regretted. I sat on the ride and I was like "why am I even here?" Guess that ride...

Yeap, It's none other than the carousel. xD Regretted taking this lol. JC student sitting in carousel.

Guess my age!

Cheese~

Quite embarrassed after the ride because the people taking the carousel were mostly kids or adults who were accompanying their kids. And there we were taking the ride for ourselves...

Then decided to buy Churro. I thought the Churro cart was quite cute!

#MINION

Churro so long haha
Was already super tired by the time we finished the Churro. But we wanted to take one last ride before we go. The Transformer!!!

The transformer was another very awesome 4D ride. Actually, it was much better than the 4D shrek show because transformer ride is not fixated at one place xD It made me understand the wonder of Science and Tech.

Science leads to beautiful creation like 4D rides. :D

Was already 3/4 drained by then. Super tired. I already wanted to go home when we past by this... Suzana was kinda forcing me into taking this.

I was saying "NONONONO" at least 20 times. LOL.

She was begging and convincing me to take it but it was still a NONO.

But I took it in the end because knowing that I will still be busy for the next 2 weeks or so, the super enthusiastic Suzana actually PON school just to go USS with me... ((She wanted to go USS with me since June but I was always busy...)) I'm so sorry Suzana!!

To make up for it, I decided to take the ride with her. I took it with fear. T^T

I cried even before I took the ride. When I was at the queue ready to seat in. LOL.

During the ride, I again squeezed Suzana's hand and I was crying after the first LONG PLUNGE and shouted out to Lord Jesus to hold on to my dear life. ((though I know I wouldn't die from taking this LOL. Because smart physicians are able to accurately account for the centripetal acceleration xDD #PHYSICS)) But still, I hate the thrilling feel from plunges. It makes me damn scared. It's just no difference from committing suicide. This means I will NEVER commit suicide by jumping off the building HAHAHA

After the roller coaster was finally coming to a stop, I heaved a sigh a relief. But tears continued rolling down my cheeks and Suzana just looked at me and laugh. HOW EVIL. YOU WATCH OUT.

I was super happy that it was all over but then, my legs were still wobbly and I could still feel the plunge-y feel, even as I'm writing this post now. :/

Before we left USS, we past by the Accelerator. Waiting time was almost 0mins. So we decided to take it before we leave.

After that ride, just as we were about to leave, it started raining. Really thank God for holding back the rain today for us to play! And thank you God for "saving" me from the Human ride. Gosh. I don't know if I will still take it again HAHAHA.

Raining

Went back to Vivo in Monorail. Went to St Marc's cafe for some Ice cream dessert.

I really like this soft serve. It's Mango Fantasy if I didn't remember wrongly.

The Pudding is nice!
Had dinner at 18 Chefs. Ordered baked rice with my favourite black pepper sauce as base.

Cheesyyyy
This kinda sums up my day. Had a great time at USS except the Human ride. HAHA.

Actually, my fear for roller coasters wasn't present until I tried the 360 degrees robot arm in Hongkong's Ocean park back in 2011. It was probably one of the scariest ride I ever took. Greatest regret ever.

This is how the 360 degrees robot arm looks like. Yes I took that when I was in sec 1 because I didn't know it was that scary!!! But after I came down from that robot arm ride, I nearly fainted HAHAHA. Ever since then, I start to fear rides that have LONG PLUNGES.

Screamed quite a bit today but hopefully I won't lose my voice because my Oral Presentation is next Friday! Anyway, good luck to all doing Oral Presentation in the coming week and to those who did it today, hopefully you all did well!

Thanks for reading my blog! ^^
