Vox Astra SOTA rehearsal ♪ ♫

Hello everybirdy! Sorry for the late update on this blog! I initially wanted to blog about my China trip but apparently, I couldn't find time to due to school commitments! I finally have some time off today so I want to update a little on this blog :)

So apparently, choir is now officially my CCA. To start off with, joining choir has NEVER NEVER NEVER crossed my mind before. Even now, it's almost unbelievable that i'm in choir. Singing was never once my passion. In fact, I never really like singing, I only sing when it's necessary. When the CCA result was out, I thought that something was really wrong with me when I chose choir, otherwise known as Vox Astra in IJC. :) My CCA wish list was Band, Musician Club and Badminton. Obviously, I'm also clueless why I chose choir. Something really went wrong with me.

Initially when I went for the choir practice, I was super afraid of the conductor because the choir conductor in my secondary school seems very fierce ((according to many of my friends)). But after coming to the practices, I realise he's like errrr... totally opposite from what I thought. After so many choir practices, I haven't really seen him scold the choir before. He's actually quite patient. xD Seniors and friends in choir are also fun-loving. 

Come to think about it, I regretted my secondary school CCA so much but i'm glad I went through the horrifying 4 years in that CCA with my friends <3

Now, it's a new journey and I hope I won't regret choosing Vox Astra and hopefully it will be a fun-filled 2 years!

As SYF is just about 1 month away, we had trainings during the March holidays. 3/5 days of my weekday were spent on choir practices. Although it was tiring, I had fun with the pple there ^^

On friday, we stayed in school from 1pm-4pm for warmups and practice before we rehearsed at SOTA from 6pm-10pm.

It was of course a tiring day but we had so much fun together and we also took many many groupfies! Reached home at 1130 that night and by the time I waited for my hair to dry, it was already 1am. Nevertheless, a great experience worth remembering and may we persevere till the end of SYF! love you guys to bits! :)
