50 facts about me

1. I'm true blue Singaporean and pure chinese. I'm not from China.

2. My parents were not born in Singapore. My father was born in Indonesia while my mum was born in malaysia. But they are now Singaporean citizens.

3. I like Amath alot but I'm not sure if I'll like H2 math.

4. I'm an apple fanatic.

5. I like purple. To be specific, lilac. Seeing me in purple shoes, top or bottom is not a mistake.

6. It's been a long time since I watch a TV program.

7. I watch more movies than dramas.

8. I'd never seen my grandfather before. He migrated from China to Indonesia, then to Singapore. He was from 莆田 in China. I get to see him only from the photo at his grave at LCK christian cemetery. He was a true blue Hokkien who used to attend church services at a hokkien church.

9. I never thought I'll end up in a Junior College.

10. I love rabbits and dogs. They are the cutest little creature ever!

11. I wish I'm talented in drawing. I can't even draw the simplest thing.

12. I can speak chinese okay-ishly but when it comes to comprehension and essay writing, God, pls help me!

13. I didn't had a plan of where to go before Olevels'. Even when Olevels' ended, I still don't know where to go. After I got my Olevels' result, I'm clueless where to go, still. But I chose IJC in the end.

14. When I laugh at a joke that's really funny, I can't stop. Give me time!

15. I look up to pilots.

16. I can't cook. I think I will burn down the house.

17. I used to attend abacus classes when I was younger. I think it's the reason why I like math.

18. I used to attend drawing classes when I was younger too. I hated it. I think the teacher totally kill my love for drawing. Teacher plays an important role.

19. I don't think I'm a very patient person but it depends on the situation. I can be very patient or very impatient. But I love patient people, you are admirable!

20. I never knew I'd meet such good friends in my secondary school life whom left so much good memories with me.

21. I miss my secondary school. Secondary school days will be the best time of your lives, cherish it!

22. When I'm nervous, I either breakdown or breakthrough. I'm never calm. But I don't really show my nervousness.

23. I used to think dogs and cats are the same animals, but cats are females while dogs are males. LOL.

24. I don't get toys that I always wanted as a child but now, my parents give me whatever I want.

25. My dad is Mr Yes man.

26. I no longer look forward to any sort of camp ever since I joined girls' brigade because their camps are tough and tiring. ((Lots of punishments))

27. My primary school CCAs were wushu (2 years), Badminton (1 year) and Ensemble (1 year). Among all, performing arts was the best! Wushu was tough.

28. My chinese name is 林盈. I have 1 character chinese name. Don't ask me why. Again, not from China. LOL.

29. My mum wanted to name me Elizabeth ((name came up by my aunt)) but when she saw "faye", she chose it immediately because it's short and easy to spell.

30. I can't use my phone when taking car rides. I get motion sickness.

31. I used to be the only child. My parents didn't intend to have another child. But I requested for a sibling because I was so lonely. I remember my mum asking me if I want a brother or a sister. I would always reply "a brother". When I knew that it was a sister, I was quite sad. HAHAHA. I don't mind anymore though.

32. I travel during most CNY holidays.

33. I want to visit London someday soon.

34. I want to get my driving license at 18.

35. My friends and I used to run to the canteen for malay food everyday during lunch to avoid queues. LOL.

36. I used to own a W595. It was very popular then.

37. I tried getting tanner but it just doesn't work. I don't know to be happy or to be sad.

38. I didn't dye my hair. I was born with slightly browner hair. I had pictures of me when I was younger and I see that my hair was brown too. :D

39. I don't intend to dye my hair.

40. There were times when I accidentally address my teachers as "daddy" and I ran away because I was so embarrassed HAHAHA.

41. I get leg cramps at night sometimes. And there was this once I shouted "OH JESUS". I told Serene about this and she couldn't stop laughing with her dinosaur laughter.

42. I sleep without pillow.

43. But I need bolster to sleep.

44. I love to sleep, a lot a lot. I wish I can have all the time in the world to sleep.

45. I'm travelling to China this CNY.

46. I never pon school before. I'm such a good student. :p

47. I was in yellow house (PE) for 13 years of my life.

48. I have a piano, violin, guitar and ukelele in my house currently but I use none of them except for the piano.

49. I like to reach school just on time.

50. I hate combine humanities ever since I get a C6 for Olevels' combined humanities and that's the reason why I didn't choose any arts for H2 :P
